Kelsey Roth went to college for psychology before deciding it wasn’t a career she wanted to pursue. She took a receptionist position at A&L Great Lakes in 2018, thinking it would be a good pit stop while contemplating her future. Almost immediately, Kelsey proved to be an invaluable employee at A&L Great Lakes and now contributes in multiple areas. Ironically, she spends most of her time interacting with A&L Great Lakes customers, proving you don’t need a psychology degree to help make life easier and better for the people around you.
