Mandee Muñoz

Customer Service Specialist

Mandee is an invaluable member of the A&L Great Lakes team. Mandee serves as our Customer Service Specialist, where she ensures that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. She contacts customers about missing or undocumented samples, answers customer questions on a wide variety of topics, and generally strives to make all interactions with our lab enjoyable. Her positive approach to everything she does is infectious both internally and to everyone she meets.

Mandee has been with A&L Great Lakes since 2005, when she was hired as an ICP specialist. She holds a B.A. in Biology from Indiana University. Mandee is a native of Fort Wayne, and still resides there with her husband and two kids.
