David Henry has been an agronomist with A&L Great Lakes since 2014, and he brings a unique set of skills to our agronomy team. Growing up on his parents’ vineyard, he understands the unique challenges and opportunities associated with specialty crop production. This expertise is of great value to many of our customers who work in the specialty crop industry.
David earned a B.S. in Environmental Science and a M.S. in Soil Science, both from The Ohio State University. During his time at OSU, he was involved in many projects directly related to crop production and soil fertility. David is also a CCA. Prior to coming to A&L Great Lakes, David worked for the federal government as a biologist.
David grew up in Geneva, Ohio, near the shores of Lake Erie. He and his wife currently reside in Fort Wayne. David is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys hunting in his spare time. Although the only thing that usually winds up getting killed is time.
