If you’ve called, emailed, or walked into A&L Great Lakes Laboratories over the past few years, odds are the first person you’ve interacted with is Kelsey Roth. She has served on our Customer Service team since 2018. She takes great pride in providing an outstanding customer experience for everyone she interacts with, whether they have 1 sample or 1,000. Kelsey continually strives to expand her knowledge base and does much more than merely pick up the phone; she is a tremendous resource and advocate for our customers.
